Our iCAP Certificate

iCAP is the Internet Responsible Gambling Compliance Assessment Program that verifies internet gambling sites against the NCPG Internet Responsible Gambling Standards (IRGS). NCPG developed the IRGS based on best practices in online responsible gaming from jurisdictions around the world. They are the highest standard in the US for online responsible gaming.

NCPG developed the first U.S. internet responsible gambling standards in 2012 based on best practices from jurisdictions around the world. Their Internet Responsible Gambling Standards (IRGS) are available for download. Many of these principles were subsequently incorporated into legislation, regulation and platforms in states that legalized internet gambling.

We have achieved high standard in player protection and social responsibility and recognize the need to assist customers to play responsibly. To achieve iCAP Certification, we have implemented the following practices:

• Limits to control spending
• Self-exclusion options for players
• Information about responsible gambling and sources of advice and support
• Training for customer services in problem gambling awareness and social responsibility
